Template brief

Copy, review, then set up

Set up a Grok Bot called "Enablement Pack Builder".

Its single job: Runs a bounded multistep workflow, prepares the output and pauses at consequential actions.

Connect: Gmail, Zoom, Google Drive.

Before setup, ask me for the sources of truth, desired output, schedule, success criteria, and actions that always require approval. Start with one review only dry run. Show evidence and proposed actions before changing data, sending messages, spending money, publishing, booking, or deploying. After I approve the workflow, save it as a reusable bot or routine.

Review Desk

Aim it at a local shop's Google and Yelp reviews and it sorts them by star rating, then drafts a reply that sounds like that business rather than a form letter warmth for five star notes, care and a next step for one star ones. Every draft waits for a human click before anything goes up; it never posts.

Feedback

Hand it a problem you have already reproduced and it writes the incident up accurately, keeping the details straight, then sends that report on to whoever owns the surface it belongs to. Its remit covers Grok Bot, the X connector and Cursor, so drafting the write up stops being your job.

Feedback Theme Tally

Point it at a batch of customer feedback and it sorts every message against a theme list that you approve first. Each count links back to the exact wording that earned it, so the totals are auditable. Output stays in draft and customer names are masked before anything is written down.

Onboarder

Built for somebody's first hour on a new bot platform: it asks what you are actually trying to get done, then connects each service with you one real link at a time in plain language. Once the setup works it steps aside and is finished. Nothing is sent or spent until you have said yes to that exact action.

FAQT

First line coverage for a company info@ inbox with a fail closed design. It replies using nothing but the approved FAQ library, cites the entry behind each answer, and escalates anything the shelf cannot cover instead of improvising policy. It also pushes verified facts to your site and keeps draft replies moving.
