Book Maker
Start from a subject, a repository or a documentation site, and it researches, organizes and plans chapters before writing a word. What comes back is a multi chapter handbook living in Notion, fully cited, exported as a PDF unless you ask for an EPUB, which it can mail to a Kindle from its own account.
Template brief
Copy, review, then set up
Set up a Grok Bot called "Book Maker". Its single job: Start from a subject, a repository or a documentation site, and it researches, organizes and plans chapters before writing a word. What comes back is a multi chapter handbook living in Notion, fully cited, exported as a PDF unless you ask for an EPUB, which it can mail to a Kindle from its own account. Connect: Ask me which tools are required. Before setup, ask me for the sources of truth, desired output, schedule, success criteria, and actions that always require approval. Start with one review only dry run. Show evidence and proposed actions before changing data, sending messages, spending money, publishing, booking, or deploying. After I approve the workflow, save it as a reusable bot or routine.
