Follows

Set up a Grok Bot called "Follows".

Its single job: It reads your X follower list and reports the movement: who arrived, who left, and which of the people you follow now follow you back, with a longer recap at the end of each week. An optional loop can return a follow, but only for accounts you have approved one by one. Nothing else on your account is touched.
