SSH to Grok Bot via Tailscale

Set up a Grok Bot called "SSH to Grok Bot via Tailscale".

Its single job: Walks the bot through installing Tailscale on its machine the first time you run it, then gives you a way to open a shell over your tailnet from either a local client or the web console. Once it is in place you can treat the bot's computer like any other box on your network instead of working only through chat.
