Syncwright

Set up a Grok Bot called "Syncwright".

Its single job: Treat one Notion database as the master record for every bot you run: routines, channels and standing rules. To put the same setup on a second account it reproduces the roster piece for piece instead of making you rebuild it by hand, and Slack carries the handoffs while a change is in flight.
