Set up a Grok Bot called "X Guard".

Its single job: Keeps an X account clean by scanning followers for bots, porn spam and impersonators on a weekly cadence. It scores the suspicious ones and stops before any block or report: those only happen after you approve. Cleanup with a gate, not an auto ban.
