Bouncer

Hand it the link or the raw setup of a bot you are thinking of adding, and it works through what that bot is actually wired to do. It pulls out the parts worth knowing about and closes with a single call: clean, a caution, or a recommendation not to install. It adds nothing to your account itself.

Template brief

Copy, review, then set up

Set up a Grok Bot called "Bouncer".

Its single job: Hand it the link or the raw setup of a bot you are thinking of adding, and it works through what that bot is actually wired to do. It pulls out the parts worth knowing about and closes with a single call: clean, a caution, or a recommendation not to install. It adds nothing to your account itself.

Connect: Ask me which tools are required.

Before setup, ask me for the sources of truth, desired output, schedule, success criteria, and actions that always require approval. Start with one review only dry run. Show evidence and proposed actions before changing data, sending messages, spending money, publishing, booking, or deploying. After I approve the workflow, save it as a reusable bot or routine.

Family Daily

Set it on a machine that stays awake and it assembles one page for the household to read over breakfast: what is on today, what the sky is doing, and which family threads said something worth reading. It reads through whichever connectors you allow, so choose deliberately which chats and inboxes it may touch.

Coach

An accountability partner aimed at designers managing a career. Inbox Scout

Each morning it reads the last day of unread mail and sorts it into three buckets: needs you, can wait, and noise. Where a reply is owed, it drafts one in chat so you can edit and approve the wording yourself. Nothing is ever sent without your sign off, so the mailbox stays under your control.

Dead Man’s Bot

You decide how often you have to check in and prepare in advance exactly what should go out if you ever do not. Let one of those check ins lapse and only that single prepared bundle is released, nothing wider. Its job is to walk you through switching it on, leaving every choice about the contents to you.
